Jeffery Harper (Managing Director)  
Jeffrey Harper joined Petrel Engineering in April 2011 as the Managing Director.  Mr. Harper brings years of business and manufacturing background to the position, providing the vision, managerial acumen and technical expertise to lead Petrel in the highest service to its customers.

Mr. Harper graduated with an MBA from Harvard University and a BSc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Cincinatti.  Prior to joining Petrel, he served as a Strategy and Business Development Director for Westinghouse, where he focused on new technologies such as the High Temperature Gas Reactor (HTGR) and the Pebble Bed Modular Reactor (PBMR).

Ian Donjeany (Chief Executive Officer)
Ian Donjeany serves as the Executive Chairman of the Elgin Group.  Mr. Donjeany possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in investment banking and private equity investing. His background includes experience with JP Morgan (London) and in private equity investing for Old Mutual.  Mr. Donjeany founded Jeany Industrial Holdings, a majority shareholder in the Elgin Group. He holds a commerce degree from the University of Natal and is a Chartered Accountant (SA).
